Inc. announced today that, for the second year in a row, ABA Centers has achieved one of the top spots on the Inc. 5000, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. ABA Centers’ rank of No. 25 on this year’s Inc. 5000 was due to a 7,755 percent growth between 2021-2024, landing it in the top 10 of Florida-based companies, as well as the top 10 of “healthcare & medical” businesses.

“With 1 in 31 children in the United States now being diagnosed with autism, ABA Centers’ rank on this year’s Inc. 5000 is more than a milestone, it’s a reflection of every team member who pours their heart into this mission, of every parent we’ve stood beside, and every child we’ve helped,” said Jason Barker, CEO of ABA Centers. “Our growth is driven by a deep belief that families deserve better access, more support, and real hope. This recognition fuels our commitment to keep pushing forward for them – because there are even more children out there that need us.”

With a deep-rooted commitment to providing children with world-class autism care quickly, ABA Centers’ sustained meteoric growth has been fueled in part by its strategic but expeditious geographic expansion, introducing evidence-backed autism care to 35 markets throughout 10 states and opening 25 physical autism care centers in the three-year period assessed for the 2025 Inc. 5000. With a de novo growth strategy, building new clinics without the external acceleration of acquisitions, ABA Centers only has plans to maintain this momentum, with around 30 new clinics scheduled to open throughout 2025.

This two-year streak on the Inc. 5000 was also realized through deploying a strategy that places clients first within a company culture aligned in actualizing the ambitious double-pronged goal of wholly improving the autism care industry and making quality autism care more accessible. ABA Centers cultivated a diverse team of mission-driven subject matter experts throughout its corporate and clinical operations that work as a symbiotic unit, finishing 2024 with more than 1,700 employees spanning two countries.

“Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn’t just weather the storm – they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy.”

This year’s Inc. 5000 honorees have demonstrated exceptional growth while navigating economic uncertainty, inflationary pressure, and a fluctuating labor market. Among the top 500 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate reached 1,552 percent, and those companies have collectively added more than 48,678 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.

Companies on the 2025 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies – as of December 31, 2024. The minimum revenue required for 2021 is $100,000; the minimum for 2024 is $2 million.

The list provides a data-driven snapshot of the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment – its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Under Armour, Timberland, Oracle, and Patagonia.
